Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but we make the intake process as smooth and transparent as possible. Here is what you can expect after you click submit:
- Review: We will personally review your request to ensure our specialties match your specific needs and goals. We aim to respond within a few of hours – and always within one business day (Monday-Thursday).
- Secure Portal Access: Once approved, we will send a welcome email containing a secure link to your client portal. Here, you can easily complete your initial paperwork online at your convenience.
- Your First Session: We will officially lock in your appointment time, whether you are visiting our comfortable West Des Moines office on Westown Parkway or meeting us online via telehealth from anywhere in Iowa.
