I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful first step—and I'm here to walk alongside you.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Drake University. I bring years of experience supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered.
I work with adults facing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and stress management. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are—with compassion and curiosity—while helping you build practical tools for change and resilience.
I am a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and believe deeply in the importance of lifelong learning. I regularly pursue continuing education to ensure I’m providing the highest quality of care.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my family, getting lost in a good book, or baking something sweet in the kitchen.
Let’s work together to help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentically you.
